Water Sport Rentals

Getting the Gear​

  • Can't make it to Morinville for pick-up or drop off?  Let's discuss the options.  We are generally in Edmonton during the weekdays

Life Jackets

  • One life jacket is provided with all Stand Up Paddleboard rentals

  • Customers agree to wear life jackets while using all JetStrike Rentals water sport equipment

Rates

  • All rates are in Canadian dollars

  • GST is not included in the posted rates

Reservation Policy

  • Please use our contact form, or call us to initiate a reservation

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the rental cost is required to guarantee a reservation

  • The minimum rental age is 18

  • Extending or upgrading your reservation is possible, but subject to availability

  • JetStrike will do everything possible to ensure the water sport equipment you have reserved is available.  However, JetStrike reserves the right to issue a full refund should uncontrollable circumstance arise

  • When you receive your reservation confirmation, please review it thoroughly

Cancellation Policy

  • A full deposit refund will be issued for cancellations up to 7 days before the reservation date

  • Reservation deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date

  • JetStrike cannot control the weather and refunds will not be given due to weather conditions at the time of or during the rental period

Pick-up and Return Policy

  • The rental balance and damage deposit is due the day before the rental period

  • Water sport equipment must be picked up and returned at the agreed upon times

  • Renters who are late for their pick-up time forfeit their reservation deposit and rental balance, and their reservation will be cancelled.  The damage deposit will be refunded

  • Renters who return water sports equipment 30 minutes late or more will be charged $50 per half hour or portion thereof that Renter is late

  • JetStrike has a heart.  We want you to have the best experience possible, and we recognize that uncontrollable circumstance do arise, please contact us as soon as possible if you will be late to discuss the matter

  • The damage deposit for all water sport equipment is $300, except for the hydrofoil which is $500, and will be refunded upon a satisfactory post-rental inspection of the water sport equipment

  • The Renter must be present at the time of the rental

  • All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and Release

Insurance and Waivers​

  • JetStrike does not provide any insurance for water sport equipment rentals

  • The Renter must sign a waiver
